What is the difference between the diagnostic and the practice test?

The diagnostic is a 24-question sample that identifies your strengths and weaknesses by domain. The practice test is a full-length exam that generates a 100-300 scaled score comparable to the actual TExES.

What does a ClefCert subscription include?

A subscription gives you access to over 300 questions across all five TExES domains, real audio listening drills, adaptive micro-lessons, conducting simulator, string bowing simulator, unlimited diagnostics, and a weighted score report.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to ClefCert and go to Account → Subscription → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

I was charged but cannot access the app.

I have an invite code from my university. How do I use it?

Create a new account at clefcert.com and enter your invite code during signup. You must use your university email address for the code to work.

My invite code is not working.

Make sure you are using your university email address — invite codes are restricted to university email domains. If the issue persists contact hello@clefcert.com.
